My real me recently read the book Flat Stanley in her kindergarten class. In the book, Stanley is a boy who is accidentally flattened by a bulletin board and has many adventures as a very thin boy. He was even folded, put in an envelope, and mailed to California to visit a friend.
My real me's class thought that was a great idea, so they made copies of themselves to send out for adventures! I think I must have spent almost a week waiting in Debbie's mail box before she found out I was visiting. Luckily I was asleep for most of the time. When I get all folded up I fall asleep and dream about what the real me is doing.
Well, in any case, on Tuesday I finally got out of my envelope! I spent the rest of the day making plans with Debbie and deciding what kinds of fun things we can do while I'm in town. She works at a library, so I get to hang out there most of the time.
After work on Tuesday we went shopping to find costume stuff for Friday, but that's all I'm going to say about that right now. Check back this weekend to see why we needed costumes.
Yesterday we just hung out at the library. Debbie let me help put the holds away in the morning, and I read lots and lots of books.
Here are a couple of pictures... more to come later.

How fun! (We miss the Logan Library more than you know.--Flat Emma had better not take it for granted!) Looking forward to the remainder of her adventures...
Emma can't wait to find out why the flat Emma needed a costume! We'll check back soon! Thanks Aunt Debbie!
You are a good sister and aunt. Thank you.
